I am back and I am back with a full recap of my weekend at home in Germany celebrating Oktoberfest (Wiesn) with both old friends and new friends who had never had this experience before! For those who dont know what Oktoberfest is, it is the world’s largest Volksfest, featuring a beer festival and a travelling carnival as well as traditional hearty Bavarian cuisine and just tons and tons of fun!
This year, I wore two different outfits. My first outfit was this sky blue dream from Silk & Pearls with beautiful lace detail and my beloved lady dior bag. These traditional dresses are called Dirndl and are worn on special occasions in Germany by women when celebrating traditional events.
My second outfit was this forest green number with gorgeous detailing which is also from Frankonia, paired with my Lady Dior Bag and Saint Laurent sunglasses.
If you get the chance to visit Germany at this time of the year, I hope you will experience Oktoberfest because it is truly a beautiful time for everyone!
